MCG Clone on Spline is a 3DS Max modifier that allows for cloning an object along a spline and projecting it to a surface if needed.

Installation: Unpack zip file and from the main menu bar in 3DS Max select Scripts / Install Max Creation Graph and choose the .mcg file. 

Once install the modifier will show up in the modifier list.
