TNBC was a childrens animated film created by Elliott Animation. PEN Productions handled all the rigging and technical support for the project. Above is Santa's sleigh and the eight Raine Deer.

The rig was a hand full to handle for the animators but luckly it was only needed in a couple of shots.

With five main controls, one for each raine deer and one for the sleigh positioning the rig could be done with path constraints or just hand animated.

Each of the raine deer are identical allowing the animations from one character to be placed on the others to simplify the process.

Full control of the characters were possible with almost 40 on screen controls and many more in scritped UI's.
